In his talk, Matt speaks at length about the way he and co-founders Chris Wink and Phil Stanton approached the formation of Blue Man Group and its incredible growth, and how that process later informed the creation of the Blue School environment. Most importantly, he stresses how we have the ability to thoughtfully and conscientiously cultivate the ideal conditions to inspire “aha moments,” allowing us to be more innovative in our personal and professional lives.
