A very limited allotment of tickets will be available at a no service fee, walk-up box office at John Paul Jones Arena beginning Friday, September 15th at 10:00 am.
- The John Paul Jones Arena parking lot will open at 8:00 am for guests seeking tickets. Parking before 8:00 am will result in a parking citation.
- Starting at 8:00 am, those interested in tickets may line up at the designated arena entries. Camping out or lining up in advance of 8:00 am will not be permitted. To be eligible, guests must be a UVA student, Staff or Faculty or a resident of Charlottesville or one of the following counties: Albemarle, Augusta, Buckingham, Fluvanna, Greene, Louisa, Nelson, Orange and Rockingham.
- A UVA ID or state issued ID with a current address will be required to confirm eligibility.
- Ticket distribution will begin at approximately 10:00 am.
- If, at any point, the line waiting to obtain tickets clearly exceeds the available inventory, the line will be capped.
- Being in line does not guarantee a ticket.
